Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Personally own the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle for assigned roles, from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to on-boarding
Develop, grow and own the Hiring Manager relationship, coaching them through the sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding process and their role within it
Personally assess candidates' competence, cultural fit and motivation, and present robust shortlists with an appropriate mix of internal, external, active and passive candidates
Champion compliance with Alstom policies and procedures throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle
Prepare job advertisements for open positions
Ensure comprehensive and accurate information is obtained and maintained in key systems (e.g. ALPS) to meet organisational and statutory requirements
Create and post open jobs using internal recruitment tool (ALPS), coordinate scheduling of interviews with Hiring Manager(s) & HR team, conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters and associated paperwork in line with the criteria of the recruitment proposal and advice from HR team
Respond to applicants advising short listing or unsuccessful application
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
HR Generalist:
Responsible for all contracts and letters preparation.
Manage all work pass related matters including application, renewals cancellations and updating personal particulars to MOM.
Assist on welfare matters and organizing staff engagement activities and events
Any other duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree holder in HR or relevant field
Min 5 years' experience as Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Generalist in multinational company
Technical Engineering or rail industry recruitment experience is desirable
Bulk recruitment experience managing up to 30+ roles at a time is essential
Strong interpersonal communication skills
