- graduate of Psychology, HRDM and/or equivalent, preferably but not required- with atleast 6 months of experience in employee relations (issuance of NTE & NOD, conducts administrative hearings, employee counselling, and etc.)- with good analytical and communication skills- with strong interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
