We will count on you to:

• Support Asia People Leader in executing HR strategies aligned with local practices and market conditions.
• Work closely with People Leaders on special projects, including HR strategy formulation and development.
• Represent the HR function on cross-functional and enterprise-wide working committees.
• Act as a point of contact between People Leaders and other stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance.
• Prepare materials, organize for leadership and internal meetings and offsites.
• Manage key initiatives, monitor progress, and report to leaders.
• Define, implement communication strategy, oversee administrative and operational activities for Asia People Leader.
• Lead a team responsible for people metrics reporting and analytics.

What you need to have:

• 7-10 years of experience in HR, project management, or consulting. Bachelor\'s degree required.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects
• Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams across North and Southeast Asia, understanding local nuances.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity in complex situations.
• Experience coordinating with global teams to implement regional initiatives.
• Proficient in Power BI and Workday; data analysis skills are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create clear emails and presentations.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
