Job Description

- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships to people at all levels.- Negotiation and influencing skills to implement company policies- Possesses sense of responsibility and ownership- Knowledgeable in all aspects of HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits- Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent and at least 2 years of working experience handling similar function.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
