A SGX listed property developer with investments and developments across Asia Pacific and Europe.

The Role:

• A very driven, self-motivated and timeline-driven individual who is capable of working with a team in identifying project\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
• The Assistant GM is a senior role that requires leading and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the building management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the project management of the planning, execution, design, construction and performance of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s development projects in Singapore, including delivery of projects from beginning to completion.
• Build and develop the project team to ensure to achieve maximum performance. Ensuring tasks and scopes are delivered on time, within budget and cost, by specifications, and with the highest standards and quality.
• Oversight of the Project Team, including the consultants and contractors, to deliver all key project targets.
• Overall responsible for property management of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of investment properties in Singapore.
• Manage and direct the building management team to ensure that all works are done in compliance with the safety and building regulations.

Required:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building project management, especially Grade A Commercial Buildings
• Recognised degree in Engineering/Architecture/Building or other relevant field
• Proficient in construction contract and building & project management
• Creative self-starter, good leadership and team player
• Able to multi-task, strong communication skills
