ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our transformation and digitalisation projects, we are looking for an AVP / Senior Manager for HR Systems to implement, partner and support the management of all HR & Payroll systems in Frasers Property. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Key technical/functional expert to implement, integrate and roll out HR-IS projects Ensures that HRIS projects are aligned with the HR strategy and business requirements including process design, functional requirement, data management, testing and production operations Partner with HRIS, HR leadership team and stakeholders to design, improve and test system integrations Optimizes the implementation of technical processes to ensure the integrity of accurate data and reporting Partner with designated HR systems support vendors & HRIS team for maintenance and enhancement of the HR and Payroll systems. Adhere and comply to the policies/regulations to ensure that data integrity and security e.g. PDPA, confidentiality etc. Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercise with the HRIS team to formulate budgetary requires regards to HR related project, communicate the relevant budgets to key stakeholders and facilitate the approval process for the project spend. Lead the Project / Application lifecycle from requirement gathering, system design, solution delivery and support, ensuring all project and functional stakeholders are committed to the project delivery. Be a strong advocate of Employee Experience, and drive digitization and process improvement opportunities, especially for HR & Payroll processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness using technology. Supporting HR-related systems as well as provide advisory to HR on business processes which are related to HR Information Systems. Such as SAP SuccessFactors, Learning Management System, Recruiting, Onboarding and offboarding, Compensation, Payroll Processes, etc. Responsible to deliver secure, sustainable, and maintainable solution for business Responsible for the Total Cost of Ownership of the systems and ensure compliance in order the achieve best outcome and solution for the business. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent Certified in SAP SF is advantageous though not a must Certification in Project management, Agile Application Delivery At least 10 years' experience implementing/supporting HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors in a Regional/Global setup At least 6 years of project management experience and ability to work independently Strong technical knowledge and technical solutioning experience Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices, Payroll Processes, and knowledge on HR operations and interlinkages, dependencies to manage change. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining SF Foundation objects, Reports, Mass Changes, etc Ability to understand business requirements, risk, issues, and functional interdependencies and communicate them to the relevant people promptly Meticulous and independent worker with ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, interpret, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills with a good learning attitude.
