Deliverables

  • Prepare events requirements like materials, food, and venue, including all logistical requirements for pre and post-engagement/training activities.
  • Encoding attendance, maintaining expense records, processing payments, etc. including coordinating for deliveries.
  • Manage room reservations.
  • Manage supplies and facilitate necessary requests for engagement/training materials.
  • ARIBA and Concur processing.
  • Other administrative or clerical tasks that will be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 2 years (Required)
