Coordinate pre-interview activities, including job ad posting and interview scheduling.
Prepare interview documents, conduct reference checks, and verify qualifications.
Arrange appointment letters, uniforms, and name tags for new hires.
Ensure compliance with work pass issuance based on MOM guidelines.
Manage pre-employment medical check-ups and maintain HRIS for new employees.
Document e-files according to audit requirements.
Update and maintain employee records in the HR system.
Process staff transactions like transfers, renewals, resignations, etc., in the staff database.
Coordinate cross-nesting arrangements with other institutions\' HR.
Perform basic data analysis for drawing accurate conclusions.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Able to work in fast-paced environment
