We are looking for a HR / Talent Acquisition Project Manager
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
At least 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations or relevant business operations
Strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Ability to diagnose problems, identify and drive appropriate solutions
Experience with innovating new solutions to help scale existing process, policy and technology
Ability to understand the need and use of data in driving decision making and outlining a roadmap of deliverables
Understanding of change management principles and has driven change management and training activities successfully
Great presentation skills and ability and confidence to engage audiences
Familiarity with labour regulations and hiring norms across South East Asian countries
Talent Acquisition Operations
Work in partnership with our TA leadership team to drive forward our equitable internal and external hiring processes in a standardized and user experience focused manner
Work in partnership with our Talent Acquisition leadership team and other Pops teams to monitor, streamline and standardise operational TA work (i.e. review of time in TA stages, cv screening, interview scheduling, background checking, contract generation, etc)
Direct and manage TA Operations related work with an offsite based vendor/supplier
Develop and provide ongoing change management communications with TA and wider Pops organization (writing change communications via email/slack/reference documentation)
Develop and maintain training curriculum related to TA Operations processes, as well as provide training on an as needs basis
Partner closely with functional partners to develop and manage systems and process improvements that align with evolving business needs
Talent Acquisition Technology
Understand and oversee the technology that supports the TA organization, looking for ways to optimize, streamline and improve where possible
Manage new and existing enhancement and change requests for current technology, particularly our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters, and work in close partnership with the People Systems team and project working group on these
Manage ATS functional related escalations with Supplier
Develop and provide ongoing change management technology related communications with TA and wider Pops organization (writing change communications via email/slack/reference documentation)
Develop and maintain technology related training curriculum related to TA Operations processes, as well as provide training on an as needs basis
Identify and launch new tools and systems as needed including training the team on functionality and usage
Talent Acquisition Projects and Strategy
Support TA leadership team with TA related strategic and resourcing planning as required
Project manage new and existing TA related projects where required
Assist with evolving existing ways of working with industry best practices through anchoring strategies, project plans and change management
Manage regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in the recruiting practices with oversight on policy and process controls capabilities
