Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the operational and administrative matters for Learning & Development team in accordance to prescribed policy, standing operating procedures and customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations; which includeso end to end management of courses such as registration, confirmation, cancellation, postponement, replacemento procurment process for training related purchaseso source for customized learning solutions with training providero accuracy and timely update of training records and other datao proper management of employees training requests and HR Training mailbox enquirieso logistics arrangement in place e.g. venue booking, setup of training rooms and equipmento attendance taking for physical courses and post-course feedback consolidationo Coordinate new hires compulsory training and SG United WSIP officers trainingo Track e-learning modules completion and email reminderso Administer LEARN account managemento Assess and manage training budget expenditureo Monitor and update training volume and KPI and other reporto Process and verify invoiceso Oversee the overseas travel management which includeso Coordinate overseas travel requirementso Handle all travel related requests e.g. booking of flight, accommodation, transporto Put up Purchase Requisition approvals to incur expenditure according to approving matrixo Process and verify trip claims, overseas allowanceso Submit official passport applications
