Description

This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading global Investment Management firms with strong regional foothold. Our client has embarked on a series of technology transformation and is currently hiring a HR Technology Manager to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Applications, you oversee and drive HR related projects for the organization. You are the key technology lead for HR technology initiatives, working closely with internal HR stakeholders on strategies and external technology vendors on timely and successful delivery. Apart from driving projects, you are responsible for working with vendor to ensure effective management of HR platforms.

Requirements:

Degree qualified, you have at least 10 years of working experience in managing mid to large scale complex HR implementation projects, with proven track record of success. Candidates with experience in the financial services sector will be much preferred. You come with strong technical knowledge in large HR solutions, ideally SAP SuccessFactors. You have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work alongside the business as well as the Technology Development team
