HR Management Trainee
to support their regional HR operations across multiple countries. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their HR career and gain exposure to

Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate and analyze HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
Assist in planning and executing regional HR programs and initiatives.
Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure alignment with regional strategies.
Support compliance, audits, and process standardization across locations.
Facilitate communication, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or current Master's student in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
