ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies training and development needs of employees through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department heads and HR department.

• Develops HR training and development strategies or initiatives with department heads by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.

• Plans, develops and delivers training and development programs including staff inductions/ orientations and safety & health seminars; reviews progress of trainees to ensure accomplishment of organizational goals.

• Develops or outsources individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through TNA; ensures that statutory training requirements are met.

• Prepares training materials, arranges logistics, and coordinates delivery of in-house courses.

• Considers costs of training initiatives and programs and keeps within budgets; plans and assess the return on investment of training or development programs.

• Promotes an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.

• Evaluates training and development programs; amends and revises programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

• Sets-up and maintains accurate files and ensures security of records; organizes paperwork and correspondence for fast retrieval.

• Maintains a neat and orderly working area.

• Keeps abreast of policy changes and developments involving new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning. Engages in on-going educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php9,000.00 - Php10,000.00 per monthBenefits:
