The Job:
Lead and guide the team in analyzing and resolving intricate systems and analytical challenges.
Chart the strategic course for HR transformations and analytics, aligning with organization\'s vision and objectives.
Continuously assess existing systems and processes, proposing enhancements to boost efficiency and performance while minimizing costs.
Evaluate and propose suitable technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organization\'s technology roadmap.
Apply Design Thinking/Service Design methodology and tools to develop and implement strategies for addressing current and future state gaps.
Spearhead the execution of transformation initiatives by collaborating with various HR and Corporate Group functions.
Champion a comprehensive digitalization journey, ensuring engagement and alignment across the organization.
Effectively manage and optimize team performance, outcomes, and operational efficiencies.
The Talent:
Possess a degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 8 years of pertinent work experience in transformation, analytics, and change management endeavors.
Demonstrate strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks and navigate tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Show personal initiative, resourcefulness, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
