Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Responsible for HR reporting, analytics, and driving strategic HR projects to support business objectives.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of HR business partnering experience.
- Proficient in communication skills and stakeholder management.
