Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment management process from manpower budgeting, requisition approvals, sourcing, interviews, salary offers, to onboarding.
  • Responsible for strategic HR planning and succession planning to support business needs.
  • Handle staff movements such as transfers and exits in a timely manner.
  • Support in performance management, HR reporting, HR analytics and drive employee engagement employee relations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in HR or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of HR business partnering experience in Insurance/Finance industry.
  • Meticulous and strong communication skills
