Job Description

:

• Provide an entire range of HR services (excluding recruitment) focused to increase employee engagement and retention to facilitate employee life cycle management in a fast pace service industry.
• Conduct engagement and retention actions through but not limited to stay or exit interviews, skip level meetings, new hire onboarding experience interviews, Support goal setting, and performance management actions for the business unit.
• Partner with the business to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues.
• Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies and benefits, procedures, and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory reports
• Responsible to process the payroll on a timely and accurate basis, including overtime, incentives etc according to the payroll calendar
• Handle CPF processing and income tax issues
• Prepare monthly payroll summary report.
• Respond to employees' queries on salaries & benefits.
• Prepare and analyze of Payroll Journal entries for Finance

Requirements

• Diploma
• Min 3 years of HR Generalist and payroll processing experience
• Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and experience in the usage of payroll software (Prefer knowledge of Sage Easypay)
• Able to multi-task and deal sensitively with confidential information
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Possess good interpersonal communication skills
