Answers general questions and redirects misplaced calls
Leverages procedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, other reference materials, etc. to assist in answering Employee and Manager inquiries and resolving Employee and Manager HR challenges
Guides HR Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions
Executes select HR related transactions (e.g., data changes) or appropriately escalates issues as needed
Inputs data into Workday to transact on customer requests
Escalates Employee and Manager inquiries to HRConnect Manager if questions relate to Tier II Functional Specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required and if the case cannot be closed and requires further escalation.
Document all employee inquiries, issues, and transactions in case management tools as required
Provide ideas and participates in continuous improvement workshops and projects as requested
Participates in ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 1+ years of general HR experience
3+ years of customer support, call center experience
Familiarity with HR services / processes, HRIS (Workday, Time and Attendance and other HR systems)
Written and oral communication skills
Attentive listening skills and customer service skills
Good in interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Computer skills in Microsoft office software
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Additional Information:
Salary - S$4K, with 1-month completion bonus
Start Date: Immediate
Working days and Hours: Mon to Fri, 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm
Contract Duration: 12-month, with 1-month completion bonus
