The Opportunity * Adecco is partnering our client, a leading technology company in Asia * We are looking for a HRIS - HR analyst to join our Tech client * Office Location: Central * Great The Opportunity Adecco is partnering our client, a leading technology company in Asia We are looking for a HRIS - HR analyst to join our Tech client Office Location: Central Great benefits The Talent Have 3-5 years' experience supporting HRMS solutions (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and implementing them in Singapore and other SEA locations Have strong project management skills to rally the resources towards the project objectives Develop relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments Demonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to overcome challenging issues with creative solutions Have an extensive working knowledge of IT processes or HR processes and regulations across SEA Operate independently and are proactive to get things done The Job: Partner with the People team to identify and gather their business requirements, design/recommend solutions, select suitable vendors and manage the vendors per the Service Level Agreements (SLA) Support your business stakeholder to prioritise projects based on value impact, risks and ensure strategic alignment Engage and collaborate with multiple functional units such as Procurement, Technology Solutions and Finance to identify HRMS strategies and deliver scalable solutions Drive project meetings including requirement sessions and system demos with functional and country PoCs Evaluate new software/services providers by conducting cost-benefit analysis and developing a business case for Management approval of the vendor selection and budget spend Coordinates daily HRMS operations and serves as the first point of contact for user system queries, training and technical assistance Next Steps Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package to [HIDDEN TEXT] Email Topic: Apply HRIS - HR Analyst [Workday, SAP - up to 7k] We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
