About the jobOur ClientOur client is a prominent organisation in Singapore. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a HRIS Lead to join their dynamic IT team.Role OverviewReporting to the Head of IT Applications, you will have oversight of the overall HRIS roadmap for the organisation and its subsidiaries, this includes managing system fixes and change requests. You will be responsible for vendor and contract management, ensuring all project implementation are executed timely and within set financial parameters. Finally, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to identify automation / process improvement opportunities.Ideal ProfileThe ideal candidate comes with over 10 to 20 years of work experience in HRIS in a corporate / matrix environment. Prior system experience in SAP / SuccessFactors is ideal, alongside successful project implementation experience.
