SummaryWe are looking for someone to be an active team member on the HRIS team which looks after our 3 main HR systems of Core HR (Workday), Learning Hub and Recruiting Hub (Taleo), together with Gen AI solutions coming through in these systems. You will be supporting our HR colleagues on solutioning and implementation of new HR system capabilities, issue resolution, change requests, BAU requests and testing. You will be expected to take ownership and resolve most of these items by making system configuration changes or data changes in our HR systems.Responsibilities

• Responsible for the requirement gathering, analysis, design, scheduling, construction and delivery of our Core HR and Recruitment solution, based on business requirements.
• Configuration and development of our Core HR system (Workday), Recruiting system (Taleo) as well as solutioning on our HR Workbench platform and soon Workday Extend platform.
• Actively participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition (hiring) lifecycle, assisting stakeholders with support, and to verify change requests by Taleo configuration and interface development for integrations with other core systems.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Gen AI solutions across for the HR function to enhance employee experience and drive productivity.
• Learn and apply regional specific regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with.
• Ensure business requirements specified by process owners are accurately represented and understood by the applications development team.
• Willing to closely work with UI/UX and human centric design teams to ensure journey designs are intuitive and easy to use.
• Ensure operation issues are properly tracked to closure with documented resolutions/workaround in accordance with SLA.
• There are also opportunities to learn and be exposed to other technologies used by DBS HR.

• Degree (and above) in Information Technology or a technical related course
• Knowledge of Java Springboot and/or core java etc will be good to have
• Some experience in implementing/supporting Cloud based HR systems related solutions will be preferable
• Knowledge of APIs/Web services and full stack development will be an advantage
• Customer focus with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/Gen AI solutions in finance or related industries.
• Good risk and control Operations knowledge, specially on employee data
• Possesses and displays good verbal, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and ability to influence stakeholders and partners across vendors and teams
• Meticulous and independent worker. Ability to multi-task and still deliver quality outcomes.
• Analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills.
