Job Description

The current role involves delivering comprehensive HR assistance to Line Managers and local HR throughout various HR functions, including Staffing, Benefits & Leave Management, Learning & Development, and Program Operations. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

The primary emphasis of this role is on maintaining uniform outcomes by prioritizing exceptional customer service and a dedicated approach to delivering services at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the fulfillment of HR processes. Collaborate with the local HRSS lead to revamp current processes, making them more efficient and creating new processes that achieve the highest level of operational effectiveness.
• Offer assistance and guidance to all users utilizing HRIS. Managing various employee lifecycle transactions, which encompass tasks such as onboarding, updating personal and organizational information, facilitating transfers, and handling departures. Conducting audits to ensure precision and adherence to regulations.
• Comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle, overseeing both the initiation and conclusion of employment journeys. This entails providing logistical support before a new hire\'s arrival, creating the New Hire Getting Started Guide, extending a warm welcome to new hires on their first day, and organizing New Employee Orientation sessions.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of HR activities.
• Demonstrates a collaborative spirit, possessing strong communication abilities, and excelling in interpersonal interactions.
• Performs effectively in high-pressure situations and adeptly meets demanding time constraints.
• Comprehensive understanding of local legislation
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors would be beneficial.
