Wood is currently looking for HSE Administratior to be based at the Jurong Island, Singapore.
Input and maintain HSE data base (BBSO, Training, PPE, Near misses / incidents, observations, inspections, etc)
Prepare budgets for workers recognition programs
Organize HSE workshops, HSE inspections, recognition activities and distribute pertinent information and related invitations
Support HSE audits
Support on preparation of HSE alerts, bulletins, campaigns
Generate HSE data analysis and reports
Other responsibilities related to HSE function
Be experienced in preparing simple budgets
Be experienced in controlling and maintaining inventories of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety equipment and materials
Be experienced in generating and maintaining data bases
Be experienced HSE programs such as Behavior Based Safety Observations (BBSO)
Be experienced in simple data analysis
Skills / Qualifications
Technical college degree in HSE, administration / similar or HSE certifications such as NEBOSH Int. General Certificate (IGC) or similar
Technical training in HSE and quality systems / programs (i.e. Accredited ISO certificates 9001, 14001, 45001)
5-year experience in the HSE field
Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry / site environment
Be experienced in managing Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Editor, Publisher, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, OneDrive cloud storage, Zoom, etc.)
Be experienced in managing Internet Explorer, Chrome, Adobe
