Highlight: Expertise in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Certified FSM & WSHO Strategic Leadership Role The Job: Assist, support, and monitor the implementation of the HSE strategy. Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety compliance site and business-wide in the organisation. Lead in various HSE activities and manage a team of HSE staff Streamline/Align HSE policies and procedures for local and regional work sites Keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Management, any relevant new legislation. Conduct HSE training and educate and raise awareness on workplace safety matters Perform periodic safety audits and onsite inspection at local and regional work sites as well QEHS internal audits The Candidate: Bachelor in Engineering or possess professional certitifcate in WSH Minimum 5 years' working experience in the oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, or heavy engineering industries Possess valid FSM and WSHO certification Proven leadership experience Other Information: Working Schedule: 5-days working week, normal office hours Working Location: WEST of Singapore Salary package: Basic salary + AWS + Bonus Interested applicants are requested to apply online with your complete resume and include your Current and Expected salaries (with detailed breakdown), Reason for leaving each employment and a profile photo.
