Assist in implementing the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Safety Management System, including the preparation of manuals and fleet notices.
Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections for fleet vessels and office, covering ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO standards.
Aid in managing vessels and shore staff for Charterer\xe2\x80\x99s Vetting Inspections, including TMSA Audits and SIRE Inspections.
Monitor and analyze Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) objectives and KPIs for the fleet.
Serve as the secretariat for quarterly and annual review meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and official minutes.
Support various HSEQ office tasks and projects as assigned by the division in charge, ensuring all documentation and activities are completed accurately.
Requirements:
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent in Marine related field.
Over 2 years of working experience, ideally in an HSE role.
Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and BI Tools; knowledge of MS Access is advantageous.
Proficient in spoken and written communication.
Strong and efficient documentation skills.
Good patience and attention to detail in documentation.
