Job Description

Location: WestSalary: $4000 - $5000Working hours: Mon-FriOffice Hours; 8.45pm-6pmScope: . Support in reviewing, implementing and complying with the company's safety policies and local regulations and/or requirements within our Facility and Food service division . To implement and monitor company's Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Food Safety policy,Programs, and Procedures within our Facility Management and Foodservice division.. Support/assist on the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Safety standards (Food and Workplace safety related to Food service operations). Support/assist in ensuring the relevant certifications are maintained or achieved as required (e.g. ISO 22000, ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001, HACCP).. Increase Food Safety Awareness at all levels within the organization.. To conduct, as necessary, the safety(food/non-food) inspection/audits of any sites and furnishing audit reports within stipulated timeline.. Conduct follow-up inspections, and ensure follow up and action plans are conducted by sites.. Coordinate the QHSE trainings of the site employees, and conduct QHSE Induction at HQ.. Investigate and document Unfit Food Reports, Non Conformances and workplace incidents/accidents.. Provide mobilization support to all new sites, conduct pre-opening Food hygiene & safety inspection and make recommendations accordingly to findings. Analyze and report key performance measures related to food safety and hygiene.. Monitor compliance with hygiene requirements . To review and conduct Workplace Safety Risk assessments. To conduct internal OHS audit. To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Sodexo sites. To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident. Prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety. To respond to employees' safety concerns. To investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff and/or visitors to the appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidentsRequirements: . Good knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety.. Diploma or Degree in relevant academics. Experience in conducting Hygiene Audits and Reviews. Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment. Min. 5 years in the field of HSE with preference in experience in Facilities Management. Following certifications/training a plus: FSCC, ISO 22000, HACCP, Biz Safe Level 2 Risk Managementcourse, Internal auditor training course in Food Safety Management System. Good training skills. Knowledge of Singapore Hygiene and Food safety regulations preferred. Operational knowledge and experience in managing catering units preferred. Excellent time management skills & communication skills. Great team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Fluent in English (written/spoken), other languages a plus (Mandarin, Malay).
