Prepare, review, and manage trade, operational, and compliance documents for oil transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational and industry requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (including brokers, suppliers, surveyors, and regulatory bodies) to facilitate efficient oil trades and resolve operational matters.
Monitor and analyze vessel movements, cargo operations, and fuel consumption, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting to support commercial decisions.
Maintain compliance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements; participate in audits and risk assessments as needed.
Collate operational and performance data, analyze trends, and prepare comprehensive management reports or presentations as required.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a closely related engineering field (e.g., Nautical Studies, Mechanical Engineering).
Minimum 2 years' work experience in the oil trading industry or a comparable role within maritime operations.
Demonstrated diligence, attention to detail, and high standards of professionalism in daily tasks and compliance.
Proven ability in drafting written documentation and reports, alongside effective verbal communication for business and operational contexts.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, for documentation, reporting, and operational coordination.
