LocationSingapore The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. :
- Support Regional HSSE leads with audits, inspections, and HSSE initiatives to drive improvement of HSSE standards across markets
- Follow up / track level of accomplishment of action items derived from agreed action plans between Regional HSE and local markets
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that HSE reports are prepared in a timely manner and review the reports for accuracy and completeness
- Define critical HSSE processes and drive / participate in the development of best practices across markets
- Generate statistical information for HSSE reporting and into standard reporting / approved documentation formats
- Define key quality performance metrics and set up performance management cadences and systems to evaluate the performance of local markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in any relevant field
- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Level B) or equivalent, and on track for further HSE qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is a plus
- Experience in conducting security assessments and identifying vulnerabilities in the workplace
- Ability to engage in discussions with cross-functional stakeholders, and collaborate with local teams to implement proposed regional initiatives
- Knowledge of security technology, such as CCTV cameras, and intrusion detection systems is preferred
- Prior experience in HSSE roles in logistics, transport, or warehouse operations is preferred
