Human Experience Ambassador

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Location: West

Facilities Operations:

  • Planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for office space, facilities/equipment.
  • Coordinates with M&E service providers, janitorial cleaner, pest control vendor, etc on routine preventive maintaining activities and any repair if required.
  • Performs routine site inspections to ensure all office space and infrastructure in good condition.
  • To ensure works carried out by contractors/service providers has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies, if any.
  • Assists request/complains by employees on facilities need (e.g. aircon, furniture repair, faulty facility fitting, access card, etc).
  • Works closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify their facility-related enquiries and requirements.
  • Maintains a safe and risk-free office space environment by following procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Receive, inform and guide visitors including co-ordination with client employees.
  • Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties.
  • Directing first-line complaints in regard to soft services to Facilities Management team
  • Manage end user expectations and requirement.
  • Obtain regular updates from supervisors (of soft services vendors) through weekly/daily briefings to have an overview of the operations of the site.
  • Provide assistance to users as and when required.
Workplace Experience:
  • Recognize opportunities in the workplace experience and creates programming to promote employee productivity, collaboration and well-being
  • Work together with the client committee to carry out and promote employee experience and events
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the workspace and soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for the client
  • Introduce innovative ways of work to boost employee productivity and collaboration
  • Work closely with Workplace Solutioning Lead to seamlessly weave workplace design into programs that will promote employee experience
