  • Manage all areas of recruitment, including the assessment of job descriptions, placement of job adverts, sourcing, screening, scheduling and conducting of interviews.
  • Consult with departmental hiring managers to determine hiring requirements.
  • Implement strategic hiring practices and enhance recruitment techniques.
  • Manage advertising and recruitment database budgets.
  • Collaborate with schools to provide internships, apprenticeships, and scholarships.
  • Assist on HR projects and HR initiatives as assigned

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to manage all employee levels. Resourceful, highly autonomous, and exhibiting a high degree of initiative. Capable of working in a high-pressure and fast-paced setting
