Human Resource & Administrative Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible in providing HRBP and other support to internal and external stakeholders for the business units as assigned.
Working with educational institutions on internship program for the company
Responsible for claims of employees are processed in a timely manner by team members and follow up on medical insurance claims for employees.
Assist to follow through on annual insurance renewal and follow up.
Responsible for employee’s probation, annual performance assessment, employee development, retirement and re-employment, policy reviews and office administration.
Leading team members in talent acquisition to support the business units as assigned.
Pro-actively plans and organizes hiring activities based on annual budget plan .
Liaises with line managers on hiring requirements, candidate selection and roles are filled, and preparation of offer package are in timely manner.
Sourcing and negotiating terms with headhunting firm as working partners and follow up on the signing of agreement accordingly.
Ensure effective branding of Company is projected in career websites and prepares and organize career fairs.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Human resource or any related discipline.
Technical competencies in HR
Planning, organizing and optimizing use of resources,
Ability to lead and developing people.
Self-driven and good judgement
