We are looking for candidate to support HR and payroll function of the beauty company.Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Provide direct support to staff on HR-related matters Maintain employee records Participate in recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding Handle staff insurances and claims Facilitate payroll processing such as tracking timesheets, salary calculations, and payment Calculate commissions using the standard operating procedures Admin support for government survey, grants and programme Assist in daily receivables check from the retail outlets Other office administration and employee related mattersRequirements: A degree in Human Resource or at least 1 year working experience in human resource Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR software Good mathematical skills Able to translate English HR memo to Chinese due to high proportion of Chinese staffWork location: Macpherson, 9am - 6:30pm
