Prepare overtime/allowances/leaves data to be interfaced into the payroll system.
Check contract workers\' overtime and payment schedule before passing down to accounts for payment.
Workers\' Resignation
Submit IR21 ( tax clearance) for resigning foreign workers
Others
Check and update workers\' and staffs\' annual leaves, medical leaves, child care leaves and other leaves taken
Prepare punch cards, update contract workers\' name list
Compute and summarize total monthly working hours of all workers by cost centre.
Prepare month end overtime record schedules
Check that the medical bills submitted for reimbursement are in order and dental claims are within the limit.
Record medical & dental claims of each worker for future reference
Consolidate all stationery order requests and place order with stationery twice per month
Update employees\' list on Raffles medical system. Add in new join or deactivate resigned workers
Any other ad hoc HR and admin matters that may arise from time to time
Regularly check the stock availability of uniforms, headgears, safety shoes, stationeries, etc and replenish stock accordingly.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Preferably a Diploma in HR Management or Business Administration or a Certificate in HR Management.
Computer literate
Willing to do OT if required.
