Job Description
- $3000 - $3500
- Monday - Friday
- 815am - 545pm
- Location: Toa Payoh
- Assisting the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
- Responsible for updating of HR database, prepare monthly report and authorities survey form for submission
- Provide support in all administrative functions
- Assist in organizing company activities and participate in company CSR events
- Assist in HR initiatives, programs and projects
- Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assist to cover receptionist duties as and when required
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
