As a Human Resource Officer (HRO) / Manager, your scope of work covers the full spectrum of HR administrative functions.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
Work with the company\'s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
Handle MOM surveys, Government grants and related documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of all documents.
You will be involved with employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management and handle employee grievances.
Responsible for confirmations, annual appraisal and off boarding processes
Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff
Offer support on ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
