Responsibilities * Responsible for daily HR operational function including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefit, training & development & employee relations functions * Respo Responsibilities Responsible for daily HR operational function including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefit, training & development & employee relations functions Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process within the company Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures Responsible for work pass application, renewable and cancellation Prepare, draft and review job offer letter, confirmation letter, increment letter and any other HR letters Coordinate and arrange employee training/ skills upgrading programme for each business units In-charge of monthly payroll processing including CPF & statutory claims submission Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise Conduct market analysis on salary benchmarking Oversee office administration duties Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned Requirements Four or more years of leadership experience required Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Good leadership, communication, results driven, team building and critical thinking skills.
