The responsibilities include overseeing our hiring processes and updating HR policies. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation. Responsibilities . Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques . Execute performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) . Enhance HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them . Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees . Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues . Manage employees' grievances . Measure employee retention and turnover rates . Oversee daily operations of the HR department and other ad hoc duties as directed by Senior Management Requirements and skills . Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role . Experience with full-cycle recruiting . Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) . Demonstrable leadership abilities . Excellent communication skills . Hire, develop and retain qualified employees. . Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
