We are a construction company that is currently engaged in multiple projects across the country, and we require a passionate member to join our team to better manage the human resources/ finance of the company and ensure that everything goes well.
Responsibilities:
+ One will be required to document down the various information/ details of the employees in an orderly manner.
+ Keep a clear record of human resource information/ data to be fetched when needed.
+ Be able to submit/ renew/ cancel work permits on MOM websites.
+ Be able to communicate with MOM regarding employee's issues.
+ Process/ submit various government required documents/ claims.
+ Be able to communicate with the workers regarding various issues.
+ Partake & be familiar in the company's management process.
+ In charge of employee's training related matters.
+ In charge of employee's insurance processes.
+ In charge of documenting company's financial matters.
+ Assist the company regarding construction project costing.
+ Communicate with the agents regarding foreign workers employment.
+ Other duties assigned by the manager from time to time.
Requirements:
+ One must have a Diploma/ Degree or equivalent qualification.
+ One must be profound in the use of
