Handling recruitment/ Onboarding
Liaise with management on hiring needs and staff relations
Update and maintains proper filing of HR documents.
Maintain inventory on uniforms
Handle any other ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
Requirements:
5 days week (Mon to Fri / 9am to 6pm)
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking managers)
Proficient in MS Office
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent to 2 years related experience
Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act
Min/preferred years of working experience: 2 years
Independent and able to multi-task
Knowledge in TimeSoft Software will consider first
