Job Role:
- Provide operational and administrative support for the wide spectrum of HR management functions such as recruitment, manpower planning & staffing, performance management, rewards & recognition, staff benefits, implementation of HRIS projects, employee engagement, data analytics and exit management.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
