• Summary: $3,000 - $4,200
• Working Location: One-north

Responsibilities:Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new polyclinics.

• Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees
• Provide HR Admin support as follows:
• Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires
• Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme
• Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns' monthly allowance
• Timely submission of funding claims to MO
• Maintain and update training records for all existing employee.
• Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis for MOH audit
• Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees' engagement sessions

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in human resource.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR working experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently within assigned job scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
