Providing support to HR thought partnership with Operating Units
Developing HR strategies, policies, initiatives and practices
Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees
Provide advice and support to business leaders on HR related matters.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
Handle end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding and off-boarding activities to exit interview.
Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 matters in areas of disciplinary and grievance handling and industrial relations matters
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Manage HR operations duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, HR benefits and work pass administration, maintaining employee data, HR documentation, etc
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Ensure employment policies and practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements by keeping up to date with latest changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant qualification with strong background in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
Analytical and goal oriented
Good team player and excellent people management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
