Job Description


We\'re in search of a seasoned and motivated Human Resource Business Partner to take charge of HR operations in Singapore, with a specific emphasis on commercial aspects. This role directly reports to the Head of HR and necessitates the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Strategic HR Partnering

  • Deliver timely insights on workforce performance, productivity, employee sentiments, and industry trends.
  • Actively engage in enhancing employee morale through attentive listening and the implementation of innovative tools and programs.
  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations to support the business.
  • Engage in meaningful, value-driven dialogues with people managers, fostering collaboration and providing HR solutions.
  • Conduct disciplinary inquiries and prepare investigation and recommendation reports.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
  • Recommend and implement an advanced recruitment system.
  • Modernize the recruitment process using cutting-edge technology, including Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, government bodies, and educational institutions to source suitable talent.
  • Ensure timely handling of job requisitions, spanning from entry-level to junior managerial positions.
  • Strategically plan and conduct onboarding orientation programs.
  • Maintain TAFEP standards and ensure the adherence of company employment practices to local employment laws, company policies, and international human rights regulations.
Employer Branding
  • Contribute to the employer branding project taskforce with proposals and active involvement.
  • Persuade stakeholders to champion initiatives and activities related to employer branding.
Employee Well-being and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Develop and execute an annual calendar of employee well-being and CSR programs and events.
  • Ensure the company meets corporate CSR requirements and objectives.
  • Strive for national standards and accolades such as the HEALTH award.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the company canteen by leading the Canteen Committee.
  • Co-lead the Staff Recreational Club, ensuring the planning and execution of programs and activities throughout the year.
  • Ensure timely publication of the HC Digest.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor\'s degree from renowned universities.
  • Any additional certification or qualifications in the field of Human Resource is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with exposures in a MNC set-up
  • Must have experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry
  • Show a strong track record in overseeing the complete recruitment function.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Perform well in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
