Human Resource Business Partner (retail Business) / 6 Months Contract / West

Job Description
Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Business Partner to be part of their Human Resource team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Duties:
- Collaborate with team leadership to establish partnerships with business leaders and line managers, offering guidance on various aspects of personnel-related strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders in workforce management to recognize and formulate strategies for existing and future staffing needs
- Foster a strong collaboration with management and staff, fostering the cultivation of a high-performance culture and fostering positive employee journeys.
- Partner with Head of Departments, General Managers and all frontline managers to provide performance management guidance, coaching and advisory to line managers to ensure an engaged workforce.
- Effectively address both routine and intricate employee relations matters, proactively managing grievances if they arise. Deliver day-to-day coaching and consultation to the leadership team, managers, and employees across the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR. Experience in business partner / advisory will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of employment law and other foreign labour requirements, where appropriate
