This strategic position involves leading talent acquisition efforts, developing career frameworks, and providing market intelligence to support business strategies.Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: Spearhead overall talent management initiatives, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives. This includes leading talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with external partners such as educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and executive search firms to build robust talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Act as a Talent Advisor by coaching hiring managers and interview teams, implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet the organization\'s talent requirements.
  • Career Development: Develop and implement a career framework for manufacturing associates, supporting career progression and skill development.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence on talent trends, opportunities, and threats to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
  • HR Advisory: Provide HR support and consultation across various areas including hiring, onboarding, terminations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, particularly in roles supporting manufacturing and commercial business units.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience as a talent advisor, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle recruiting is essential.
  • Strategic HR Management: Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent assessment, and developing engagement strategies.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in a matrix organization and relationship management with institutional/government bodies is highly desirable. Strong passion for recruitment and ability to provide strategic HR insights.
