Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday ; 8.30am - 6pm
Salary range: up to SGD 5,400 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate HR functions which include Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management and Learning & Development etc.
Working with the HR team to partner and responsible a specific division\'s needs and provide strategic advice.
Provide HR advisory and solutions to internal stakeholders on people related issues.
Provide recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies
Handling of staff grievances
Responsible for all staff movement procedures
Administer and facilitate HR processes and policies at divisional level
Provide advice to respective Business Unit on all HR matters
Drive key HR project and initiative to fulfil the overall HR strategy that drive organization\'s business objective
Ensure compliance and consistent HR policies and practices in line to the business needs and labor legislative requirement
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
Comfortable in assisting and handling talent acquisition mainly in blue collared level with 100 to 200 headcount, compensation & benefits and employee relations.
Good English Proficiency to liaise with regional counterpart.
