Manage full spectrum of work pass applications (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit) and onboarding for foreign workers. Manage the end-to-end deployment process for overseas hires, including onboarding and orientation. Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and all related onboarding documentation. Maintain worker profiles, track certification expiry. Ensure strict adherence to MOM regulations and company policies. Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll data for all employees (local, foreign, and sub-contractors). Maintain and update employee income summary sheets accurately. Prepare and issue salary vouchers/payslips to all employees. Provide administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as required. At least 2-3 years of relevant HR administration experience, preferably within a manpower supply, construction, or related industry. Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, WICA, and other employment-related statutes. Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce. * 6 days work week.
