Working day : 5 days Work week Working hour : 8:15am - 5:45pm Location : Boon lay ( Neythal Road ) Job Responsibilities:

To provide full supports in day-to day HR function as to enhance the overall productivity and efficiency
To provide end to end talent acquisition support including sourcing, shortlisting, arrange interview, reference check, process employment contracts and on-boarding and off-boarding arrangement
To provide partial payroll support to the reporting manager including headcount reporting and overtime calculation and management
Execute work-pass applications/renewal
Drafting of HR letters and memo
Perform any other assigned administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business/ HR with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
Proactive, independent and a team player
Driven and possess positive attitude
Familiar with any HR systems will be added advantage
Familiar with Employment Act
Familiar with Work permit application.
Fluent in Chinese
