Responsible for compensation and benefits programmes
Administer foreign employees work passes
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
Keep track and monitor monthly reporting of staff movement
Provide general HR administration duties including letter preparation
Ensure efficient filing system of documents
Any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting supervisor
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
