Human Resource Executive $2800-$3300 Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:00pm Henderson Rd (10 mins bus from Redhill mrt) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * To handle work-pass related matters (e.g. appl Human Resource Executive $2800-$3300 Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:00pm Henderson Rd (10 mins bus from Redhill mrt) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To handle work-pass related matters (e.g. application, renewal, cancellation, etc) Employee Lifecycle Management (e.g. onboarding, attend to query on HR related matters, offboarding, P File Management) Assist in preparing the necessary Payroll Report To business partner a segment of restaurants on their recruitment needs which include job posting, pre-screening, arranging of interviews and to conduct interviews when necessary To design and work on employee engagement initiatives as well as partner with company's HR stakeholders which include government agencies, recruitment agencies and industry partners To track data on recruitment statistics for analysis of recruitment policies To assist in HR/Adhoc Administrative Duties REQUIREMENTS Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualifications Minimum 1 years of experience in the related field Experienced in recruitment or human resource management is an advantage Good knowledge in Employment Act and HR best practices
